Event Readiness Starter Checklist
Start with an organised brief, not assumptions. The checklist is a planning tool; applicable requirements and approvals are determined by relevant authorities and venues.
The readiness route
Our signature before-and-after is simple: scattered event details become an organised permit route your whole team can follow.
Before → after
Before
Questions, documents, and deadlines in different places.
After
One route for requirements, owners, status, and next actions.
We collect the essentials: event type, parish, venue, attendance, entertainment, food and beverage plans, and operating hours.
You receive an initial requirements map, document priorities, and clear next actions before the deadline pressure builds.
For approved support scopes, we coordinate documents and applications while keeping your team informed of the current status.
Paid permit support
Choose a focused consultation or hands-on application support. Service fees are shown in JMD; statutory, venue, professional, courier, and other third-party charges remain separate.
